1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the LogItDog application and related services (the "Service"), operated by Syntropic Digital Inc. ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of the Service

LogItDog helps you record and track your dog's daily activities, health records, photos, videos, and related information. Features and functionality may change over time, and we may add, modify, or remove parts of the Service at our discretion.

3. Accounts & Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use the Service.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
• You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.
• Notify us promptly at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

4. Your Content

You retain ownership of the content you submit, including dog records, photos, and videos ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, and display that content solely for the purpose of operating and providing the Service to you. You are responsible for your User Content and confirm you have the rights necessary to share it.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
• Upload content that infringes the rights of others or is unlawful, harmful, or abusive.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or our systems.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or misuse the Service or its data.

6. Subscriptions & Billing

Certain features may require a paid subscription. Pricing, billing cycles, and renewal terms are presented at the point of purchase. Subscriptions purchased through a third-party app store (such as Google Play or the Apple App Store) are billed and managed by that store and subject to its terms. Unless required by law, payments are non-refundable. You may cancel renewal at any time through the relevant store's subscription settings.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. LogItDog is a record-keeping tool and does not provide veterinary, medical, or professional advice. Always consult a licensed veterinarian regarding your pet's health.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Syntropic Digital Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any rights, warranties, or remedies that cannot be limited or excluded under Ontario's consumer-protection laws or other applicable law, and those statutory rights continue to apply.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Upon termination, certain provisions of these Terms will survive.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice through the Service or by other reasonable means. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ontario, Canada, except where applicable consumer-protection law gives you the right to bring a claim in your own jurisdiction.
